Unix and I Virtualisation
IBM's POWER Server range embraced the concept of Partitioning / Virtualisation long before it became a regular feature of Intel servers. Applied Technologies have been providing partitioned solutions from the outset for what was then IBM's iSeries and pSeries. The concept of LPAR has developed, to its now POWER HA guise providing true virtualised resources, allowing shared ethernet, disk controllers and more for the complete POWER range.
As POWER HA has evolved, we have continued to invest in the IBM training for our pre-sales and technical team. We are conversant with the latest iCluster, AIX and iOS practices and can provide a full solution service from initial concept, to design with IBM's LVT tool, and finally supply / implementation.
