Nigel Gillespie - Sales Director
With 25 years in the industry, including long careers at Catalyst Solutions, Notability Solutions and Logicalis UK Ltd, Nigel is widely recognised as one of the very best Power Systems consultants in the UK. His experience in the Power Systems arena, and in particular i/OS is very valuable to the Applied Tech team and our clients. Nigel joins us with the remit to expand our services portfolio, to establish partnerships with other leading specialist organisations and attract highly skilled individuals to join the team. As as result, we will drive the business forward as an Infrastructure Specialist, building on our already excellent reputation.

Steve Hollingsworth - Group Director
Having initially joined the Covenco organisation over 19 years ago, Steve has worked for other IBM BP's, but has twice returned to Covenco. His principle role is to bridge the relationship between Applied Technologies and the Covenco parent. In a technical capacity, he has 19 years experience in IBM systems, and is an IBM Power Systems and Storage certified specialist.

The management team are extremely confident of the quality of the pre-sales, sales and technical staff we have at our disposal. The Covenco Group have over 50 staff, including -

Steve McBride - with a background in systems engineering, and 20 years experience in computer sales, Steve is a Power Systems specialist and was previously the Commercial Director at a prominent IBM BP.

Ross Cownley - with nearly 15 years experience in the IBM community, Ross has been designing Power System AIX solutions from the early days of RS/6000. Ross is an IBM certified Power Systems specialist.

Shaun East - another ex-HP employee, Shaun is a certified HP specialist.

Ray Day - The Applied Technologies Senior Power System AIX technical specialist, Ray is IBM Certified for Power Systems, DS8000 Storage and HACMP. Ray has been with the Covenco group for 10 years.

Craig Gorgen - Craig is our senior System X technical specialist. Craig is IBM certified for System X, DS Storage and Blade solutions, as well as VMWare. Craig is also a long standing employee, having worked for us for seven years.

Neale Phillips - Neale is our senior IBM POWERi Technical specialist, with 20+years of industry experience, most if which is with IBM
